Over the course of three months, you’ll be held in a ceremonial container of both learning and transformation.


Rooted in traditional Usui Reiki, expanded with Shamanic practices, elemental connection, and earth-based wisdoms, this journey invites you to remember what your body already knows: how to hold energy, offer healing, and be a clear vessel for the Divine.

We gather for four in-person immersion days, and walk together in mentorship between them, through community, practice, and support. You’ll leave not only attuned, but anchored in your gifts.

What You’ll Receive

• Shamanic Reiki Level 1 & 2 Attunements
You'll be attuned in the traditional Usui lineage, guided with care and ceremony to support a clear, grounded connection to Reiki energy

• Foundations in Energy Work
Learn how to understand and work with the energy body. We’ll explore how to feel energy in your hands and body, how to recognize when energy is stagnant or flowing, and how to gently move and shift it using breath, intention, and touch

• Earth-Based Shamanic Tools
Learn how to call in the directions, connect with the elements, and work with tools that deepen your relationship to the Earth and Spirit

• Somatic and Intuitive Energy Practices
Explore ways to access your inner guidance through breath, movement, visualization, and grounded energetic awareness

• Mentorship and Integration Support
Between sessions, you’ll be supported through group connection and integration practices to help you apply what you’re learning in real time. Receive support between our gatherings through group chat, integration prompts, and energetic practices to deepen your embodiment

• Sacred Business Foundations Session
We'll hold a dedicated session to explore what it means to share Reiki with others, from pricing and boundaries to sharing your work in a way that’s ethical, aligned, and sustainable

• The Earthed Empress Approach
A feminine, trauma-informed, womb-rooted training designed to support your healing, your wholeness, and your unique path as a healer and space holder. Whether you’re holding yourself, family and loved ones, or a community, you’ll have tools to do it from a grounded, anchored place.

About your facilitator

Rachel Kathryn Weber is a Chicago based energy healer, sound healer, and mentor who facilitates women’s circles, retreats, and trainings across the Midwest and beyond. Through her brand Earthed Empress, she weaves together Reiki, shamanic tools, embodiment practices, and cyclical living to help women reconnect to their intuition, heal their lineage, and step into their unique leadership.

Rachel has trained in multiple healing lineages including Usui Reiki, Munay Ki Andean Shamanic teachings, and Earth based wisdoms with the Shipibo Konibo. Rachel is passionate about teaching energy work in a grounded way for modern practitioners.

Since beginning her own healing journey in 2014 Rachel has seen how modalities of energy healing, like Reiki and Shamanic practices, are life changing. What began as a practice to heal herself eventually became a calling to work with others. In 2020 Rachel began facilitating workshops, circles, and working with clients holding Reiki healing session. Now this passion has become a full time mission, allowing Rachel to witness miracles in her client transformations one after the next. It is one of her greatest gifts to be of service in this way of a teacher, guide, and mentor.
